Up on the most northerly coast of Ireland on the Inishowen peninsula of County Donegal sits Ireland's second most northerly Catholic church, St. Mary's at Lagg near the tip of Malin Head, Banba's Crown.
Built in 1784, St. Mary's is one of the oldest Catholic churches still in use in Ireland today.

Outside St. Mary's sits an ancient Baptismal Font which probably dates from the 6th century which was taken from the old monastery at St. Mura's, Fahan.
